LexusCare is an integrated ownership benefits program included with every new and L/Certified Lexus vehicle, combining maintenance, warranty, connected services, roadside support, and exclusive lifestyle perks to elevate the ownership experience.

To support its launch, we developed a bold, cohesive brand identity that clearly communicated LexusCare’s value while aligning with the brand’s luxury positioning. This included logo design, retail displays, TV end caps, and promotional materials with messaging focused on clarity and ease of understanding.

The final deliverables spanned both digital and in-store environments, from satin slips, and license plate frames to clings, 3D displays, business card leave-behinds, and Lexus TV content. The rollout strengthened customer engagement and reinforced Lexus’s commitment to a premium, unified ownership journey.
